The transport of the purchased items will be carried out through the service contracted by Edicions a Petition. The delivery period is established in 48 working hours from the departure of our facilities. Otherwise contact us at info@ediconsapeticio.com. To avoid delivery incidents (wrong addresses, etc.), it is essential to correctly complete the form data in our store, including the contact telephone number.

If the courier does not find anyone at the delivery point, he will leave a piece of paper or notify the person concerned or Edicions A Petition will contact him to arrange a new delivery

Please note that once the order has been placed, the delivery address cannot be changed.

The shipping price is automatically calculated based on the destination and volume of the goods to be sent. The exact price of the transport will be calculated when entering the product in the cart for each item and will appear on the page before confirming the purchase and before making the payment

For shipments to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands and any point outside of Spain, contact Edicions A Petició in advance through the email address commendes@edicionsapeticio.com

Returns

You have a maximum of 7 days after receiving the package to return any product. Shipping costs will only be refunded in the event of an initial shipping error (e.g. missing product, etc.)

Returned products are the responsibility of the recipient until they arrive at Edicions A Petition facilities. Please make sure to package the goods properly to avoid damage.
